But where are the women?
Why is history full of great musicians, as if women had never composed and performed music? And yet women musicians have been around for centuries! Armed with this observation and determined to change the way we look at our musical heritage, the two unionist divas roll up their sleeves and bring to life a thousand years of musical history, from Hildegarde de Bingen to Aya Nakamura.
The music may be classical, but this show is not! Before our very eyes (and ears?!) unfolds a theatrical and musical show, performed live by a crazy duo who interpret the hidden hits of the story.
Les divas is a light-hearted way for everyone to learn, and to give women back their rightful place.
